We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Construction Estimator focusing on Waterproofing. This position requires a person to have estimating experience within construction. We are not looking to train someone to be an estimator.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Gathering blueprints and specifications
-Generate detailed cost estimates.
-Attend meetings.
-Tracking contracts and preparing bid packages.
-Material Submittals
-Warranty Requests
-Bilingual is a plus!
Requirements:
-At least 1 year of doing Contruction estimating.
-Read and understand blueprints
-Worked With an estimating program
-Must know word and Excel at the minimum
- Attention to detail
-Team player
-Flexibility
-Self Starter
This position is 40 hours per week so can be 4-10 hours or 5-8 hours days and will be remote working. Preferably someone that lives within 50 miles and would be able to come to the home office once a week to meet up with the owner. I will consider someone out of state but needs to be within the same time zone. Office is located in Port Orchard. Pay will be starting at $60k yearly and is negotiable from there for those who have more knowledge in Contruction estimating.
