We are a small, custom residential Design-Build contractor in North Seattle/ Shoreline/ Edmonds. As a small firm, every day there are new challenges and opportunities to grow your skills. It’s fun and rewarding for the person who likes to work hard, solve puzzles, and build high quality projects.
We’ve been in business for 20 years and have a substantial pipeline of work, including repeat clients. We have a great team of subcontractors and designers - we need equally great people on our team to pull it all together.
We’re looking for someone to make deliveries, perform laborer work, and who is interested in expanding their skills as a carpenter. One day you may be helping to form concrete footings, the next you may be working on cabinetry install, while also making periodic deliveries and helping to keep jobsites clean.
Skills:
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work. Company truck will be used for deliveries
- Carpenter’s tools: hand tools, cordless tools, saw, nail gun, compressor if possible
- Must be ambitious and eager to learn new skills
- Take constructive feedback and know how to ask for assistance
- Experience and proficiency at work such as concrete forms, selective demolition, new and remodel framing, envelope and windows, siding and finish carpentry tasks are a plus
