This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent based in the Greater Seattle Area. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensure safety protocols are implemented, coordinate project schedules, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Will run projects from initial sitework through final completion. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
Experience and skills required:
7+ years of Construction Site Management from start to finish
Strong Organization Skills and Project Management experience
A proven track record in quality and on time delivery
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Independent, self-motivated and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to read and understand blue prints
Knowledge of Construction codes and methods
Track record demonstrating a complete understanding of project phases
Experience with scheduling software and MS Office required
Ability to manage subcontractors
Leadership skills for directing field laborers
Relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management or a related field a plus
