I own a small garden design/install/maintanence company. I am looking for someone to work with me 4 ish days a week. I want someone with an interest in gardens and is willing to learn more. I want to find someone who is hardworking, comes to work on time, willing to work in the elements and is happy.
I like to think of this as a great job with lots of flexability time off and consideration for fellow employees. Would love to have long term employee and I am be willing to make considerations to keep someone in employment long.

starting at 25per hour, I would love to pay more depending on skills. Skills being… hedging abilities, knowledge of plants, soil knowledge, pruning skills, sense of aesthetic, strong work ethic.
We work in by far some of the most historic and beautiful gardens in Seattle and Vashon island.
Traveling to Vashon once or twice a month is required.
