We provide Unquestionable 5-Star Service for primarily middle class and affluent homeowners throughout Snohomish and North King counties. We are not a full service shop but we are the best in the field of residential electrical upgrade and retrofit.

What We Do
Panel and Service Upgrade (standard and smart panels)
Level 2 electric vehicle charging circuits (over 100 each month)
Standby and portable generator connection
Branch circuit restoration

We know that no two electricians have the same priorities, goals or skillsets. That's why in addition to frequent company wide meetings we also connect regularly one-on-one with each of our technicians and apprentices, as well as our sales and management teams to discuss their personal performance and what matters to THEM.
Maintaining this personalized communication allows us to come to set goals and rewards that are customized to each technician based on their personal priorities, skills and values. Our system favors winners, because ultimately we win or lose together.
Of course we offer medical insurance, company vehicle, paid sick time, vacation and holidays.
We also own a small construction/handyman company in order to further assist our customers and offer optional cross training opportunities to our technicians.
