Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair stairlifts and related equipment
Work with customers to assess their needs and provide personalized solutions
Manage day-to-day operations, including project timelines, safety protocols, and customer service
Collaborate with partners to grow the business and maximize profitability
Qualifications:
Registered and certified elevator mechanic in Washington state
Experience in stairlift installation or similar industry
Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build and co-own a business
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with an investment partner
