Job foreman and equipment operator needed for full time work in Seattle area. We have 6 paid holidays, quarterly safety bonuses, medical and dental (after 90 days), Christmas bonus and party. Job foreman will have truck to get from home to jobsites. Our work is mostly city of Seattle and experience in the city is preferable. Must be able to read plans, use grade rod, do daily paperwork and communicate effectively with office and superintendents. We do the house demolition, excavation, backfill and utility installation as well as sidewalk and ADA prep. Experience with demolition is a huge plus.
Currently working four 10 hour days with Fridays off. This is for a full time position with OT available. Pay negotiable for highly experienced candidates with references.
