Now Hiring – Experienced Foundation Excavations
actively seeking experienced and motivated foundation excavation workers to join our growing team.
We’re looking for individuals who are versatile and skilled in operating heavy machinery, particularly CAT excavators, with experience in:
Digging and backfilling foundations
Pipe wrapping and utility hookups (sewer, water, storm)
Final grading for residential and commercial projects
Retaining wall construction (Lock + Load, Cornerstone, and similar systems)
Requirements:
Proven experience in excavation and utility work
Strong understanding of job site safety and efficiency
Ability to operate machinery independently and as part of a team
English proficiency required
Valid driver’s license required
Preferred candidates are located in or near Puyallup, Lynnwood, or North Seattle areas
