We are looking for Experienced Pipe Layer/Topman to start immediately. This is a long term full time prevailing wage position. We are ready to add the next enthusiastic, hard workers to join our close knit team of employees.
What We Do:
- We are a Utility and Site work Contractor
- Most of our work is in the greater Seattle area therefore reliable transportation is a must
- Current Jobs reside in, Issaquah, North Bend, Bellevue, Mercer Island, Carnation

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Assist with demolition, excavation and installation of utilities
- 10+ years experience minimum - Knowledge of laser levels, establishing grades and slopes
- 10+ years experience minimum - Knowledge of underground sewer, storm and water piping
- 10+ years experience minimum - Knowledge of trench boxes and shoring systems
- Able to operate gas cut off saw, compactors, pumps and other handheld power tools
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
- Install and maintain TESC measures
- Work in adverse weather and site conditions
- Lift up to 60 lbs
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication and organization skills
- Drug free
