Berry Lake Home Services is seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Project Manager with a strong background in roofing projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of proven project management experience in the roofing industry and a track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage roofing projects (residential & commercial) from planning through completion
Coordinate schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors
Place and manage material orders — must be knowledgeable in roofing materials and supplies
Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety requirements
Communicate effectively with clients, crews, and vendors
Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation practices
Ability to drive and manage projects throughout the Puget Sound area (company pays for gas)
Minimum 4 years of project management experience in roofing (residential and commercial)
Experience with ordering and managing roofing materials and supplies
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Clean Driving Record
Supervising and Management skills
Compensation:
Wage: $35 - $40 per hour - DOE (Depending on Experience)
Company covers gas for travel across the Puget Sound
IMPORTANT TO NOTE
Our office is located in Port Orchard but projects are all around Pierce, King, Thurston, Grays Harbor, Kitsap - Must be able to drive to project locations.
Must be knowledgeable in Roofing materials and construction - This position will be submitting material orders
