We are looking for a skilled and motivated Tile Setter with at least 5 years experience to join our growing team. Willing to travel all over the Puget sound to various jobs, and some jobs eastside of the mountains on occasion.
Job Summary:
Responsible for installing tiles of various materials in different patterns and applications. ( natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, glass, etc. )
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for tiling, including cleaning and leveling.
Measure, cut, and shape tiles to fit accurately.
Mix and apply thinset and grout.
Install mud set shower pans, heated flooring, tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces, adhering to design plans.
Ensure accuracy and precision in all tile installations.
Clean up work areas and disposal of materials.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in tile installation, including various types of tile and patterns.
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with power and hand tools used in tile installation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Heavy lifting and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
