Qualifications:
Pass in house welding test (mig / tig)
Google Suite: Basic understanding of Doc and sheets
Clean Driving Record (no at fault moving violations) - Preferred
If to drive company truck
Ability to do Basic Math
Job Description:
Fast paced, custom metal fabrication shop looking for experienced Welder to assist in fabrication and installation of railings, staircases and other architectural iron designs. Ability to work from shop drawings in a shop setting as well as to frame up on construction job sites.
Applicants need to be self-motivated, able to multitask, be quality-oriented, and excel at working independently.

Essential Functions:
Able to effectively use metal fabrication equipment: Welders, Saws, Drill Press, etc.
Able to bend and forge.
Familiar with painting.
Able to measure, template, and plan custom work.
Ability to read and build from architectural blueprints and shop drawings
Experience with installation techniques.
Able to work with customers about design options and solutions.
Must be reliable, professional and have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
Position type: Full Time
Rate: $30.00 to start for right person
Schedule: 40 hours a week, 8 OR 10 hour days, 30 min unpaid lunch
Start and End Times have some flexibility for right candidate
Some overtime may be required
