As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician to take a lead role in our shop operations and help raise the bar in quality, efficiency, and mentorship. If you enjoy working on all car brands from GM to Mercedes this the shop for you!
Position Summary:
We’re hiring an Experienced Tech with at least 3 years of professional experience who can handle advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and serve as a technical lead for our shop. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, enjoy mentoring others, and want a stable, respectful workplace — we’d love to talk.
Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee advanced diagnostics and major repairs (engine, transmission, electrical, drivability, etc.)
Guide and support other technicians with troubleshooting and repair questions
Maintain high standards for quality, efficiency, and safety
Complete repair orders accurately and communicate clearly with the service manager
Help maintain shop organization and ensure proper use of tools and equipment
Stay up to date with new vehicle technologies and repair methods
Required Qualifications:
3+ years experience as an automotive technician
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must provide your own tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with both domestic and import vehicles
Compensation & Benefits:
$26–$38/hour depending on experience
Paid time off after 90 days
