Requirements:
- Must know how to run a plat from Grading To Punchlist.
- Oversee and manage construction crew and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction
- Communicate with PM and Superintendent
- Willing to teach and assist laborer & operators
