We’re Hiring: Frame-to-Finish Carpenter
First Avenue Homes is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Frame-to-Finish Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in residential remodels and new construction projects and are seeking a professional with a strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, including framing, envelope work, and trim installation
Experience with residential remodels and/or new builds
Proficient in reading and interpreting building plans and understanding structural codes is preferred
Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools used in construction
Ability to maintain accurate records and submit timekeeping electronically
A full selection of personal hand tools is required
Must take pride in craftsmanship and deliver high-quality, precise work
Must be comfortable working at heights and able to safely climb & work on ladders and scaffolding
Ability to lift or carry 30-50 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Neat and presentable appearance and polite social etiquette are required
