I am a property developer and business owner, I have several projects I could use help with.
I am looking for someone who has a good base of construction skills but isn't opposed to performing some other light tasks as well.
Maybe someone is out there, looking for a change in pace to the stressful, client-based system. Always putting their best work out only to be knocked down by unrealistic timelines or expectations. We mainly work on projects we own. We don't answer to difficult clients.
