To excel in these roles, we seek self-directed and motivated individuals with a proven track record of success in precision-demanding environments. Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding labor are essential. Your responsibilities will involve site preparation, operating various equipment such as backpack blowers, rakes, shovels, rollers, pavers, skid steers, and pressure washers. Additionally, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading equipment, clearing debris, and lifting heavy objects weighing between 50-75 pounds.
Job requirements include:
passing a drug screening,
Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record
Flexible schedule to accommodate day and night shifts.
You should also be willing to work out-of-town assignments in Oregon, Idaho & Nevada, as well as weekends, and be prepared to work in all weather conditions.
