Parker Services is looking for an experienced service plumber to join our amazing team. For this exciting opportunity, you will be on the ground level of our growing service team specializing in helping residential and commercial customers in the Seattle area.
Must have (2) years recent service experience including drain cleaning.
We are looking for someone who wants to be a leader in their field, who likes action, challenges and wants to be a valued member of our team.
We have licenses in our company and make sure all of our apprentices are getting their hours for their cards.
We are offering base pay and easy bonus structure to get to 150K salary. Definitely inquire, this pay rate is very doable at this stage in our company given that you will be part of a small team to start. We are growing but offering exceptional wages to the first service plumbers on the team.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and Repair Plumbing Issues: Identify and troubleshoot various plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctioning fixtures, and apply effective solutions to restore systems to full functionality.
Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks on plumbing systems, water heaters, and other related equipment to prevent future breakdowns and ensure optimal operation.
Install New Plumbing Fixtures and Equipment: Safely install and replace plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
Communicate with Customers and Provide Excellent Service: Interact with customers to understand their needs, explain technical issues in simple terms, and offer three tailored options for fixes (e.g., basic, mid-range, and premium solutions) to provide value and flexibility. Ensure customer satisfaction by clearly presenting options, answering questions, and delivering high-quality results.
Adhere to Safety Standards and Company Policies: Follow all company safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed, and comply with relevant regulations to maintain a safe work environment for themselves and customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience in service plumbing including drain work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
- Confidence in your plumbing skills and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and teammates.
- Reliable transportation and ability to use technology efficiently.
- Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 60-75 pounds).
- Regular bending, squatting, overhead work, and working on ladders or lifts.
- Physical stamina to work in standing, crouching, and kneeling positions for extended periods.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders regularly.
