A leading Glazing Company in the Pacific Northwest is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Commercial Glazing, Shell & Core / Tenant Improvement Project Manager. Ideal candidate will have five plus years of experience as a Commercial Glass and Glazing Project Manager, or a willingness to learn the craft. We are looking for a stable individual willing to enter into a long term commitment.
Requirements and Qualifications (ability and willingness to learn the craft may be substituted for experience):
1. Thorough knowledge of all phases of Commercial Glass and Glazing including Storefront, Curtain Wall, Aluminum Doors and Hardware and Glass Entries
2. Complete knowledge of the entire commercial construction process, from pre-construction through project close-out
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Glazing Project Manager
4. Demonstrated competency in the industry with successful execution of assigned projects
5. Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment
6. Highly organized and detailed oriented
7. Proven ability to communicate with Architects, Owners, General Contractors, Suppliers, and fellow employees
8. Proficiently in reading architectural blueprints and shop drawings
9. Hard working, self motivating with leadership skills
10. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and control budgets
11. Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Project)
12. Problem solving attitude and a team player able to work in a small, fast paced, ever-changing, “open office” environment
13. CAD experience is desirable
