Contactor Seeking - "Intermediate skill level" Residential Handyman/Remodel helper. Work includes home maintenance/repairs and helping with home remodeling. This position requires some skill diversity, tools and appropriate work vehicle for the job, (Full size van or pickup).

Plunbing Fixture Repair & Replacement - Water Damage Detection & Repair
Sheetrock Repair & Finishing - Carpentry Repairs
Cabinet Repairs - Tile Repairs and Replacement
Caulking & Painting - Tub & Shower Caulking
Lighting Fixture Repair & Replacement - Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarm Replacement
Outlet/Switch Trouble Shooting Repair and Replacement
Skilled Handyman Services - Exterior
Siding Repair and Replacement - Deck Repair and Replacement
Window & Door Repair and Replacement - Minor Roofing Repair
Exterior Lighting Repair & Replacement - Exterior Caulking & Painting
Pressure Washing - Fence Repair & Replacement
This is a Intermediate + skill level Position - Pay is based on "verifiable" work history and skill level. Must be open to learning new skills & refiining old ones.
Work area is between Renton & Olympia - The position is 30 to 40hrs/week depending ability to work independently.
