Family owned company in Tukwila seeking a heavy-duty diesel mechanic.
This is a full-time position.
Pay rate starting at $24-$50ph., depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy-duty trucks and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Heavy-Duty Diesel Mechanic or similar role.
Strong understanding of diesel engine systems and repair techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
