What We’re Looking For:
Licensing and Credentials: Must be a licensed plumber in Washington State, fully insured, and bonded.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience, including expertise in drain cleaning, leak detection, water heater installation/repair, pipe replacement, and general plumbing services.
Integrity and Professionalism: A strong commitment to honest, transparent work practices and exceptional customer service.
Reliability: Ability to respond promptly to service calls, including 24/7 emergency availability.
Tools and Transportation: Must have your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation to job sites.
Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills and a dedication to leaving customers satisfied with clean, high-quality work.
