Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer Apprentice with at least 2 years of hands-on experience assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems.
Responsibilities:
HVAC technician in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial systems
Perform basic diagnostics, ductwork, and component replacement
Handle tools, materials, and safety equipment properly
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience (installation or service)
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
✅ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)
✅ EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Strong communication, punctuality, and attention to detail
Benefits:
