We are looking for an installer specializing in retrofit and high-end customer new construction projects, with no involvement in spec home construction or piecework. The ideal candidate should possess skills in metal fabrication and be proficient in using sheet metal brake and Pittsburgh machines. Additionally, an EPA certification and a 6A electrical license are preferred, along with a valid driver's license. Compensation will be based on experience (DOE) and includes benefits such as sick leave, vacation leave, and a monthly healthcare stipend. The work schedule offers flexibility, with options for either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. We are also transitioning to a 32-hour work week with full pay. Additionally, we are seeking an experienced apprentice and a Service Technician to join our team.
