HVAC Retrofit Installer/Installer
Full time position, 40 hours
Pay DOE $25-$55 with a 90-day review and then reviews annually
Duties - Installation and fire off on a variety of equipment including but not limited to:
- Furnaces and Air Handlers
- Heat Pumps and A/C units
- Ductless Mini Splits
- Wine equipment
- Water source Heat Pumps
- Hot Water Tanks
- On-Demand Water Tanks
- Humidifiers and Dehumidifiers
- Boilers (not required but a bonus)
Licenses and qualifications:
- Drivers license and the ability to be insured
- 06A or 06B (or booking hours to sit for the test) of valid training card
- EPA is preferred but not required

- Ability to make decisions on a job as problems arise
Skills required:
- Brazing
- Unit evacuation and fire off
- Low voltage wiring
- Sheet metal fab (minimal done here but still needed)

We work in the greater Seattle area with occasional work out of town and longer distances. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience we can, and we take care of our employees, there is no upselling in the field.
