Residential Service Technician provides service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
What We're Looking for in a Technician:
Driven to take care of your customer
Driven to learn new procedures, products, and technology
Clean and professional appearance
The Ability to communicate well with homeowners and the office
Valid Driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Safety first mentality
Able to work on the following:
Heat pump/AC
Ductless
Gas & electric Furnaces
Pressure tests, vacuum down, refrigeration
System start ups and tests
Diagnostics
Maintenance
Compensation and Benefits
$30 to $50+ Per Hour D.O.E.
