Role and Responsibilities
Install custom canvas and upholstery products on boats, ensuring a precise, professional, and durable fit.
Collaborate with the shop team to confirm all products are completed to specifications before transport and installation.
Transport materials, tools, and completed products between the shop and job sites—primarily at the Port of Everett or Dagmar's Marina—using a personal vehicle.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle capable of carrying tools and materials to and from job sites.
Maintain and organize tools, hardware, and equipment for safe, efficient, and high-quality job execution.
Communicate professionally with customers during onsite visits to ensure expectations are met and concerns are addressed.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges while maintaining high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Keep thorough documentation of each installation, including customer information, detailed notes, and clear completion photos.
Assist in occasional shop tasks or product prep as needed to support overall team productivity and project flow.
