Green Effects, a Commercial Landscape Contractor, is seeking an experienced, responsible, punctual full-time Irrigation Technician with a good work ethic to join our landscape maintenance department. Requires excellent verbal and writing skills required to communicate with clients, create estimates, schedules and billings.
Responsibilities
Irrigation activations and winterizations.
Monitoring and providing detailed evaluations with solutions.
Make basic to highly skilled repairs including changing heads to installation a new controller.
Communication with clients by email, phone and in person.
Creation of estimates and billings.
Schedule irrigation work.
Skills
Ability to inspect, audit, adjust and repair systems to ensure they perform at maximum efficiency and conserve water.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics, perform math calculations and operate equipment and machinery as needed.
Ability to use Excel and Adobe PDF to create proposals and present to clients.
Must be a proactive, self-motivated person and have the capability to work independently.
Washington BAT certification a plus .
Work Environment
Full-time Pay
Schedule: Typically, 8-hour shifts - Monday to Friday but can very.
Work Location: Greater Puget Sound.
