Elements Roofing is seeking a highly skilled Journeyman Roofing Technician to join our elite emergency response team in the Seattle area. This position is ideal for an experienced roofer who takes pride in their craft, thrives under pressure, and can handle emergency service calls and after-hours repairs.
Position: Journeyman Roofing Technician
Location: Greater Seattle Area
Compensation: $300-$400 per hour (depending on experience, response time, and job type)
What We’re Looking For:
Proven roofing experience is a must — journeyman-level skill required
Ability to diagnose and repair leaks across multiple roof systems (composition, TPO, PVC, torch-down, metal, etc.)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work emergency calls, nights, and weekends as needed
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be able to work safely and independently
Non-compete agreement required
Contractor’s license not required — you will be working directly for a premium local contracting roofing company
