We are looking for a Skilled landscape construction person to work as a second under a Foreman and assist with leading crew. Landscaping with us, you'll perform a wide array of work including planting, drainage, grading and soil work, stone work, decking and fencing, irrigation, paver installation, retaining wall construction, lighting, outdoor kitchen construction, water and fire features and other special item construction. A minimum of 3 years experience in landscape construction is required for this role.
To work with us you must be able to lift 60 pounds and on occasion, up to 80 pounds, perform hard work for sustained periods and have a good attitude while working in a wide range of weather conditions. We are a growing firm and offer definite potential to advance with the company. Many team members have been here ten years or more. Some started-out as a basic laborer and now run a crew or entire job.
Daylight allowing, we work 4/10s leaving you a three day weekend!
SIGNING and RETENTION BONUS - $250 bonus after 60 days, at 6 months another $500, and another $1,000 bonus after one year of employment. Other merit bonuses possible also.
