Responsibilities :
Perform all phases of carpentry work on high-end residential remodels
Manage day to day sub-contractors on the job.
Run weekly client meetings and client management
Manage the overall job schedule and budget for the job
Responsible for job site safety
Help mentor & train junior staff
Qualifications:
5+ recent years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential remodeling
Ability to read blueprints
Excellent people; communication skills
Team player attitude
Ability to multi-task
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel
Knowledge of the proper sequence of work in a remodeling project
Basic knowledge of all trades working on job sites, i.e. drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring, roofing, etc.
