Hiring a full-time fence builder to join our Seattle-based fencing company. Looking for experienced applicants, preferably with a good amount of fence building experience.
We’re a local experienced fence company focusing on great customer experience while providing fast, quality and beautiful fences.
We also have a general construction branch of our company which takes on landscaping and interior remodeling projects.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Coordinating materials to job site – includes calculating material needs based on job work order, driving company truck, picking up materials.
- Execution of work orders.
- Leading crew members on each job site. Communicating and organizing work flow in the most efficient way.
- Teaching new crew members our way of building fence.
- Monitoring and enforcing quality control on each project.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Collaboration in business system improvements and growth.
We work rain or shine, 5 days a week.
