Paul Davis Restoration of Tacoma is looking for a Lead Mitigation Technician!
If you have experience in water/fire mitigation we would love to talk to you!
Role on the Team:
Lead a team of two to perform of water and fire mitigation under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Serve others within your community in their time of need
Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.

Requirements:
Demonstrated leadership abilities
At least 2 years restoration industry experience
IICRC- Current WRT Certification required
Dedication to customer service
Clean criminal background check
Valid driver's license with a good record
Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, as needed
