The Schedule: Work Hard, Rest Harder
4x10 Shift: Work four 10-hour shifts per week.
3-Day Weekends: Work Mon - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday depending on needs
Steady Income: Full 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do:
Lead the Crew: Work with an assistant when needed to ensure installs are completed safely and on time.
Precision Installation: Oversee the full replacement of windows and exterior doors, ensuring everything is level, plumb, and perfectly sealed.
Expert Finishing: Perform high-quality exterior and interior trim finishing.
Client Care: Walk homeowners through the completed project and ensure 100% satisfaction.
Requirements:
Experience: 2–5 years of lead installation experience (Windows/Doors/Carpentry).
Skills: Proficiency with window, door and glass installation as well as trim carpentry.
Licensing: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Reliability: Ability to handle the physical demands of 10-hour shifts and lift heavy units.
