We are a Seattle-based Master level design/build team and we are looking for a quality Frame to Finish Craftsperson and an apprentice-level position that will learn with all of us to add to our growing team.
Immediately - You will be helping to conduct a full house remodel near Carkeek Park with me and a highly talented apprentice. There will be an awesome kitchen, a big upgrade to the primary bathroom, and detailing in nearly every other room in the home. Let's make some happy clients together.
Our team works in two areas of focus – We provide design-driven remodels and additions for some of the best clients I have ever worked with. We also offer presale remarketing of real-estate properties through a quality design-based ROI approach for a very select group of realtors. Our company started with a focus on this area of the market. Our reputation for design story-based solutions has grown so we now mostly focus on these much more involved remodels and additions for our clients choosing to stay in their homes or to modify homes they just purchased.
With your years of quality experience, we were hoping you could help us create happy homeowners, having them feel we cared about them and their homes like no one else did.
This is a thinking person's hands-on, career-track position for those who like the sights and sounds of true design and craftsmanship. We offer a unique environment for those who prefer to see the tangible results of their labors at the end of the day. I do not intend to hide the fact that often our work - is just that WORK. But at the end of the day, the rewards are in the work relationships and final product we produce for our clients in addition to your paycheck.
Can you pull off that last 5% of a project that makes it outstanding?
We detail our projects when finished like one would detail a fine automobile. I need you be just as sharp with your chisel as with a scrubby cleaning tape residue off of multi-surfaces.
Can you install cabinets and have them look like they should be in a magazine? Can you hang drywall, patch it, paint it, do light electrical (switches, outlets, fixtures), crown molding, install new doors, prepare a shower wall and install tile, replace bath fans, fix closet doors, and much more -safely?
Do you have transportation, more than a few tools, and vehicle insurance?
