Parker Services seeks an experienced residential plumber for projects in and around the Seattle area. While this position will primarily focus on residential work, versatility for occasional commercial projects is valued.
You will be a part of a dynamic team of plumbers who work for top builders on high-end plumbing projects. At Parker Services, we prioritize teamwork and quality craftsmanship.
We are looking for a plumber with a minimum of 3 years of experience working on residential plumbing systems. Code knowledge, acquired through attending a trade school like CITC or equivalent is a plus.
Applicants should demonstrate the ability to work independently and communicate effectively with site superintendents, project managers and homeowners. Leadership skills are essential for managing apprentices and conducting site safety meetings. Strong organizational skills are also crucial for estimating time and materials for change orders, creating detailed supply lists for job phases, and accurately estimating scheduling needs to complete project phases.
