Milestone Properties is looking for a reliable Maintenance Crew Member to join our team! If you have experience in general maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs
Respond to work orders in a timely manner
Inspect and maintain building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
Ensure common areas are clean and in good condition
Assist with unit turnovers and general property upkeep
Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience preferred (2-5 years of prior experience)
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions
Reliable and able to work independently
