Handyman
Commercial development and investment firm seeks an experienced handyman with a strong work ethic, who is a self starter, has follow thru, attention to detail and someone who takes pride in getting the job done. Candidates should have a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades, including carpentry, landscaping, flooring, painting, and drywall, as well as light plumbing and electrical work.
Ideal candidates will have worked on commercial TI or as a property engineer for commercial properties as well as have had handyman or trade residential experience. Ability to meet deadlines and work thru tasks that may require multiple trades are a plus.
Salary: min. $38/hr DOE
1099 Contractor Position
Schedule: Semi-Flexible, as a contractor you are your own boss and set your own schedule based upon a mutually agreeable guidelines with the ownership.
Qualifications :
Must own a standard set of tools and transportation to perform most of the above trades
Minimum of three years of experience as a maintenance tech or handyman
