Seeking a talented Maintenance Supervisor for a large multifamily garden style property Tacoma, WA. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to ensure timely performance of preventative maintenance, apartment turns, plumbing electrical and plumbing troubleshooting, appliance repair and safety concerns and ensure that work orders are responded to professionally and promptly, providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and promote a quality living experience.
Job Requirements:
A MINIMUM of five (5) years of supervisory experience
Proficiency in Team Leadership and Time Management
Working knowledge of maintenance procedures
Maintain and build vendor relations
Ability to perform emergency on call duties
Understanding of the Landlord Tenant act and Fair Housing Law
Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
Computer, verbal and written communication skills
A polite and professional approach and excellence in customer service.
This is a full time position of 40 hours per week (which may include Saturdays). Applicant must provide their own tools.
