Omni Maintenance Services seeks skilled/experienced Multi-Family and Lite Commercial maintenance staff.
We require that you have mechanical, plumbing and lite electrical skills in multi-family and lite commercial maintenance.
We manage office buildings, apartments, commercial offices and several unique properties. We do not maintain any residential properties.
A company van will be provided. You should possess basic maintenance tools for this position. You will need to be legally able to drive in Washington State and pass a standard background check.
Starting Compensation as follows:
-$35 per hour base
-$500 per month benefit reimbursement
-401k eligibility after 6 months of employment.
Taking morning calls from prospects between 7:30 am to noon and/or dropping an email to us with the goods. We are an equal opportunity employer.
The ideal candidate will live in South King county, to allow for travel to both Tacoma and Seattle.
