The Position:
Bayside is looking for Marine Technicians specializing in outboards.
Join our team in an outstanding working environment as a full-time technician with a huge inside service shop. We are a Yamaha Marine Service Pro Elite Plus Dealer and Bayside won Gold in the Seattle Times Best of the PNW for best motor service/repair shop in 2023.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot marine engines.
Preferred 2+ years of experience.
Certifications are a huge plus!
Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Repair engine mechanical equipment, such as power tilts, bilge pumps, and general maintenance.
Replace parts such as engine filters, spark plugs, reassemble engines, and replace engine oil.
