Now Hiring: Welders

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform basic fillet welds using the GMAW (MIG) process with minimal rework.

Read and interpret drawings and blueprints accurately.

Understand and apply Mavrik’s fundamental welding and fabrication details (deburring, rat holes, pass-throughs, bevels, round overs, knockdowns, and line transfers).

Operate company tools and equipment, including drill press, chop saw, pipe bender, pipe roller, port-o-power, and overhead cranes.

Maintain and use your own basic hand tools (meat ax, 90° die grinder, wrenches, screwdrivers, Allen wrenches, angle grinder, tape measure, square, dead blow hammer, welding hood).

Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures.

Measure, cut, and tack-weld aluminum using a MIG welding machine.

Take directions from leads and journeyman co-workers.

Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Welder Lead.
