We are seeking a Project Manager to join our enthusiastic and well-prepared team!
We are a small, design and build residential remodeling firm seeking an individual with 10-15 years of experience in residential construction. We take on each project as a team which allows us to be organized and prepared for each project start to finish. Ideal candidates are individuals with high levels of organization, critical thinking/problem solving, and collaborative communication with subcontractors and co- workers.
We are looking for candidates with residential remodeling experience who enjoy the process of remodeling older homes. We pride ourselves on being detail oriented and understanding that the work completed today will affect the work we do tomorrow!
The Project Manager’s workload will include overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of residential remodel projects in the Seattle metropolitan area. The Project Manager is the main point of contact for client meetings, project scheduling, subcontractor meetings and oversight, budget management, and managing staff carpenters. The position requires hands-on management with the team on-site approximately 50% of the time and 50% of the time in the office and in meetings.
