We’re a small, close-knit construction company seeking a versatile Carpenter. You’ll handle everything from site prep and rough framing to finish work, tackling residential homes, townhomes, and light commercial projects with precision and pride.
Key Responsibilities
Perform site layout, rough framing, and framing repairs
Measure, cut, fit, and install interior trim, molding, casing, and baseboards
Install doors, door frames, window sills, wainscoting, and custom cabinetry
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications
Prepare and finish wood components using hand and power tools
Troubleshoot on-site and make precise adjustments for a perfect fit
Maintain clean and safe work areas according to company standards
Coordinate with project leads, other trades, and clients to meet deadlines
Qualifications
3+ years of professional carpentry experience, including residential and commercial work
Proficiency with framing tools, hand planes, routers, nail guns, and table saws
Strong blueprint-reading and layout skills
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required
