Tracy’s Quality Painting has been in business 43 years. We are a licensed, bonded and insured contractor servicing Gig Harbor, Tacoma and surrounding area. Our employee base has an average employment length of 8 years. It’s important to us to maintain a stable crew and we try to provide a solid work environment to keep it that way.
Currently, we have openings for journeyman level carpenters, bags on. Our ideal hire is a skilled carpenter who is smart, healthy and willing to work. We are looking for an individual with leadership skills who is able to run a crew.
We are looking for a lead carpenter with the following experience and skill set:
- Cabinetry installation
- Window and door installation
- Interior trim installation
- Crown molding installation
- Floor installation
- Siding installation
- Light sheetrock installation and repairs
Our pay scale is competitive at $28 - $35 per hour DOE. Medical and dental benefits are available to full time employees after an initial wait period. Please only experienced carpenters will be considered.
