Location: Western Washington

Pay: $40–$100/hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:
Operators: Run heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, graders)
Foreman: Supervise crews, manage schedules, and ensure safety
Concrete Finishers: Pour, spread, and finish concrete; read blueprints
Laborers: Assist with general construction tasks, site prep, and cleanup
What You Need:
2+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather
Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
OSHA certification a plus (required for Foreman)
