The Position: We are seeking to fill a Painter position. We are looking for someone to perform a variety of duties within the general field of maintenance painting. For additional information on the job, please see the full posting.

The ideal candidate has:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience as a journeyman painter in building construction, maintenance, or woodworking fields
Ability to work from ladders
Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record
What will you do?
Prepare surfaces and apply finish coats of enamel, lacquer, varnish, or paint
Perform brush or spray painting, either decorative or protective coats, to either interior or exterior surfaces
Mix paint to proper color and consistency
Patch drywall damage
Mud and tape drywall for smooth wall application
Maintenance duties as needed
