Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial kitchen equipment. This role offers flexible hours and the chance to work with industry-leading brands while providing excellent customer service on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including TurboChef ovens, espresso machines, coffee machines, and dairy dispensers.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and respond to emergency service requests.
- Travel to customer sites to complete repairs and service calls.
- Keep detailed records of all completed work and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Maintain company-provided tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
- Prior experience in repairing kitchen equipment or similar appliances is preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends if required.
