We’re looking for the right person to become a partner in a growing septic services company.
We already have a steady flow of customer leads, admin, and billing systems in place. What we’re missing is the right operational partner — someone with hands-on experience in the field, a strong work ethic, and a deep sense of integrity.
What’s in place:
Consistent inbound leads each month (residential + small commercial)
Marketing, website, and scheduling handled
Access to admin support and CRM tools
Financing help available for the right partner to purchase or co-own a truck
Who we’re looking for:
Experience in septic pumping, inspection, or related trades
Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants ownership, not just a job
Reliable, honest, and good with people
Faith and family-centered — We’re a faith- and family-centered company that values integrity, hard work, and community involvement.
CDL helpful but not required (can assist with licensing)
