WSDA Licensed Applicator
Northwest Pruners is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Applicator to join our team. You will be responsible for performing tree injections, soil testing, and analysis to ensure the health and vitality of trees and shrubs for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Perform tree injections using approved pesticides to control pests and diseases
Conduct soil testing and analysis to determine nutrient levels and soil health
Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on test results
Maintain accurate records of all applications and treatments
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing treatments
Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective pest and disease management strategies
Year-round work
Qualifications:
Washington State Department of Agriculture Applicator License
Those with Agricultural insect and disease, Ornamental insect and disease, and Weed control exam taken are preferred
Prior experience performing tree injections and soil testing
Strong knowledge of pesticide application techniques and safe handling practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Clean driving record
Compensation:
$5,000 Signing Bonus
$5,000 per month base pay + Incentive package up to $2,000 per month
Additional sales and commission opportunities available, pay can easily exceed 100,000 per year to the right individual.
